بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَاتِلُوا الَّذِينَ يَلُونَكُمْ مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ وَلْيَجِدُوا فِيكُمْ غِلْظَةً} (التوبة، 123)
سماحة حجة الإسلام والمسلمين، الشيخ نعيم قاسم (دام عزه)،
الأمين العام المحترم لحزب الله في لبنان، وجميع قادة حزب الله ومجاهديه باذلي المهج والصابرين والمقاومين، السلام عليكم جميعًا ورحمة الله،
إن رسالتكم، يا إخوتي وأبنائي، المجاهدين المؤمنين الشجعان في حزب الله الأبي، التي حملت معاني الصمود والاستقامة في سبيل إعلاء كلمة الله، والإيمان بوعد القرآن العظيم، والغايات المورثة للعزة، والمضي على نهج الإمام الخميني والقائد الشهيد آية الله العظمى الخامنئي (رضوان الله تعالى عليهما)، لهي موضع تقدير وإجلال.
اليوم، وقد ضاقت شعوب العالم ذرعًا بظلم الإدارة الأمريكية وجورها، وبجرائم الصهاينة الذين يعيثون في الأرض فسادًا ويهلكون الحرث والنسل، لم يبق أمام الأحرار سبيل سوى الجهاد والمقاومة، وإن الثبات على هذا الطريق كفيل بأن يورث المجاهدين في سبيل الحق النصر الإلهي الموعود: {وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ} (الروم، 47).
والآن، إذ يقف حزب الله في لبنان، بوصفه رائد فصائل الجهاد، صخرة صلبة في مواجهة العدوان الوحشي للكيان الصهيوني وداعميه، فقد غدا هذا الصمود رسالة ملهمة لشعوب العالم الحرة في مسيرتها نحو التحرر من ظلم الاستكبار العالمي وأتباعه. ومما لا شك فيه أن جزءًا كبيرًا من هذا الإنجاز العظيم إنما يعود إلى صبر الشعب اللبناني ونبله وتضحياته وتكاتفه، ولا سيما أبناء الجنوب.
إن جمهورية إيران الإسلامية، انطلاقًا من النهج الذي رسمه القائد المعظم وشهيد الثورة الإمام السيد علي الخامنئي (رضوان الله تعالى عليه)، قد جعلت من الدفاع عن هؤلاء المجاهدين المظلومين المقتدرين سياسة استراتيجية ثابتة لها، وأدرجت صون السيادة اللبنانية، وإنهاء عدوان الكيان الصهيوني بصورة كاملة ومن دون أي قيد أو شرط، شرطًا أول في مذكرة تفاهم إنهاء الحرب المفروضة مع أمريكا المعتدية.
صلوات الله المتعالي ورحمته على الشهداء والجرحى، وعلى عائلاتهم الصابرة، وعلى المهاجرين في سبيل الله الذين هونوا على أنفسهم مشقة الابتلاء.
وسلام الله على الروح الملكوتية لسيد شهداء حزب الله السيد حسن نصر الله، وعلى قادة المقاومة السابقين جميعهم ورفاقه الشهداء (رضوان الله تعالى عليهم أجمعين)، الذين حولوا غرسة المقاومة الإسلامية إلى شجرة باسقة {أَصْلُهَا ثَابِتٌ وَفَرْعُهَا فِي السَّمَاءِ}، أولئك المجاهدون الذين أهدوا لبنان، بجهادهم ومقاومتهم، العزة والرفعة في العالم الإسلامي.
