قفزة لافتة في مجال التعليم العالي…
أعلنت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، الثلاثاء، تقدم العراق في مؤشر الحرية الأكاديمية لعام 2025.
وأشار بيان للوزارة، إلى “ما أظهره تقرير تحليلي حديث استناداً إلى بيانات مؤشر الحرية الأكاديمية الدولي ((Academic Freedom Index – AFI)) للعام 2025، من تحقيق العراق قفزة لافتة في مستويات الحرية الأكاديمية حيث ارتفعت درجته التقييمية إلى (0.604) على مقياس يتراوح بين صفر وواحد، مقارنة بـ (0.412) في عام 2024“.
وسجل التقرير، المستند إلى قاعدة بيانات مشروع “أنواع الديمقراطية” (V-Dem) لعام 2026 تبوّأ العراق موقعاً متقدماً يقع تقريباً في المرتبة الثانية بين الدول والمناطق العربية المشمولة في قاعدة البيانات وفقاً للقيمة التقديرية المركزية للمؤشر ليأتي بعد لبنان مباشرة وبفارق ضئيل جداً لا يتعدى (0.014) نقطة متفوقاً بشكل ملحوظ على الوسيط العربي البالغ (0.240).
