أفادت وزارة الخارجية الإماراتية، بوقف جميع الأنشطة والتبادلات التجارية والمعاملات المالية مع إيران حتى إشعار آخر.
وأكدت عفراء الهاملي، مديرة إدارة الاتصال الاستراتيجي في وزارة الخارجية، أن “دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تنفي كافة الادعاءات حول وضع العلاقة الاقتصادية مع الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، كما تؤكد مجدداً التزامها الراسخ بالحوار والتعاون والتكامل الإقليمي، باعتبارها وسائل أساسية لتعزيز السلام والاستقرار والازدهار في المنطقة“.
وأوضحت أنه “في ضوء التصعيد الاقليمي الذي قوض السلام والامن الإقليميين والدوليين، تم وقف جميع الأنشطة والتبادلات التجارية والمعاملات المالية مع إيران، وذلك حتى إشعار آخر“.
وشددت على أن دولة الإمارات “تظل ملتزمة التزاماً راسخاً بصون سلامة النظام المالي الدولي، بما يتماشى مع القانون الدولي وأعلى المعايير العالمية“.
وكانت وزارة الدفاع الإماراتية أعلنت، اليوم الثلاثاء، أن الدفاعات الجوية رصدت صاروخين باليستيين قادمين من إيران باتجاه الدولة، حيث سقط الأول خارج المياه الإقليمية، فيما سقط الثاني بالمياه الإقليمية.
